Accelerator pedal extension
Sept 6, 2020 148,947 miles When doing heel-toe shifting and rev matching (poorly that is) occasionally my foot would slip between the brake pedal and accelerator making for a very exciting corner, especially corner 5. So I decided to buy the flyin miata accelerator pedal extension. I ordered it and installed it when it arrived.Continue reading “Accelerator pedal extension”

Hard Top Side Strikers
Ordered hard top side strikers from mosiata.com for $75.99 Needed to remove the plastic seatbelt side trim and dremeled out the mounting hole. Installed them May 3, 2019 and they work great.
Window bushings
Typical slow Miata power windows. Changed the bushings but found the old bushings fine. Problem was likely the congealed grease, and misadjusted guides. Replaced the bushings nonetheless, graded with silicone brake lubricant, (what I had on hand), adjusted the tracks so the windows went up and down smoothly.
