Ordered hard top side strikers from mosiata.com for $75.99
Needed to remove the plastic seatbelt side trim and dremeled out the mounting hole.
Installed them May 3, 2019 and they work great.

Picked up a hard top over Easter weekend that I found in Calgary on Kijiji. Drove it home in the back of the truck wrapped in a blanket and cargo net. Installed it April 28, 2019 and it fits great. I need to get side strikers though.
Window bushings
Typical slow Miata power windows. Changed the bushings but found the old bushings fine. Problem was likely the congealed grease, and misadjusted guides.
Replaced the bushings nonetheless, graded with silicone brake lubricant, (what I had on hand), adjusted the tracks so the windows went up and down smoothly.
Coolant leak
Hole in the coolant line was the culprit.
The Ride Home
Almost made it home after buying. Engine started to overheat after 45 minutes and only 5 minutes from home.
