Ordered ILMotorsports control arm bushings from Moss Miata which are an upgrade to the OEM stiffness.
Used a 3 jaw puller and a little heat from a propane torch to both remove and install the bushings.
Painted the lower control arm and upper control arm white.
After install the car was totally changed. Much more stable and responsive. A more dramatic improvement than the coilovers.
